These condos have a community hot tub for guests which is located in the middle of the complex, and guests also have access to the Upper Village Pool which is only a block away. The Upper Village is an indoor/outdoor pool heated throughout the year with several large hot tubs. Park Place is only one block from Four O'Clock ski run, 2 blocks from the Village and on the shuttle route. The Riverwalk Center and all the amazing shops and restaurants of Breckenridge are just across the street.
