Silverwoods Lodge- This beautiful private home in Breckenridge's upscale Silver Shekel neighborhood (just south of The Highlands) is the perfect spot for your next vacation. Our 6 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom home is conveniently located just 2.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge/ski slopes and .5 miles to the shuttle.
This home will feel like a mountain lodge with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the mountain scenery and peaceful serenity. It features a stunning great room with beautiful rock fireplace, flat screen TV, built-in surround sound speakers, vaulted ceilings and windows throughout. Our large rec room features a pool table, game table and 42" HDTV with built-in surround sound for watching the game or your favorite movies. We've added a mud room with floor to ceiling lockers for keeping all your gear inside the house. Downstairs you'll find a third rec room area to hang out, relax or watch TV on another 42" HDTV. You'll find an XBOX game console provided with a set of 10 games. The large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks with ease. There is seating for 10 at the table with room for 3 more at the breakfast bar and 4 more at the table in the game room. The bedrooms have all been recently upgraded with new high-end mattresses so you'll sleep comfortably during your vacation getaway. The outside patio has seating for six, a gas grill and an inviting outdoor hot tub that is set for 100 degrees all year long. There is a large front and back yard for exploring, playing or building a snowman. We have a full size washer and dryer as well as wireless internet access throughout the house. This home is a great choice for luxury vacation living. We hope that you enjoy this house as much as we do!
